All knives are guaranteed for a lifetime against manufacturing defects (example: heat treat). Knife handle and sheath issues will be handled on a case per case basis. Lyon Blade & Anvil, LLC reserves the right to repair or replace knives turned in for warranty work. If warranty work is due to manufacturing defects shipping will be provided by Lyon Blade & Anvil, LLC. All other refurbishes, sharpening, and modes will be priced per materials/hour and shipping will be covered by the client.
In today's world of destruction tests and gross abuse of knives, I just can not offer a no questions asked knife guarantee. This would break most custom knife makers and a lot of medium sized knife companies. Make no mistake I use the best materials I can acquire and will build knives to met the needs of specific tasks. If you do find yourself in a life or death situation and for instance cut your way out of a plain, etc. give me a call. Within a real world situation (verifiable), I will replace or repair a knife that has been grossly abused. I would think this gives you some peace of mind and perhaps you would allow me to share your (verifiable) situation on my website.
